How to use this app
This app is for the most ignorant beginner too. Nothing is silly to ask. Follow these small rules and you will succeed.
⭐ The Golden Rule
Read each lesson 3 TIMES. Then do only ONE new exercise per day. Repeat that exercise for 3 days before moving to the next one. People who try everything together give up — you will not.
- 1️⃣
Pick your language first
Top right of every page. Choose English / हिन्दी / मराठी / ગુજરાતી / ಕನ್ನಡ. Slides open in that language. Videos are in English (for English users) or Hindi (for all other languages).

Read the slides 3 times
Open the slides button. Scroll gently. Look at the icons and the ‘before / after’ screens. Do not touch your phone yet — just read.
- 3️⃣
Watch the 3–4 minute video
The video is short on purpose. Watch it once. Then watch it again holding your phone in your other hand.
- 4️⃣
Do it ONCE on your phone
Follow the 3 key steps on the page. Only do this ONE exercise today. Do not open the next lesson.
- 5️⃣
Repeat the same exercise for 3 days
On Day 2 and Day 3, do the same thing again without looking at the slides. When your fingers remember by themselves — you have learned it.
- 6️⃣
Then move to the next lesson
12 lessons × 3 days = about 5 to 6 weeks. That is the whole course. Slow is fast.
🌐 About the language buttons (Only Slides / PPT are in the selected language)
Many people press the language buttons like a piano and then complain. Please choose your language ONCE and stay on it. If a slide is not yet available in your language, English will open — that is normal, more languages are coming.
